New Online Learning Paths

We are excited to announce the launch of our 10 new Online Learning Paths. Developed within the project, these self-directed learning modules are designed for advisors having a basic organic agriculture background, such as those who have completed the project Basic Course, and who wish to deepen their expertise in specific areas of organic farming while strengthening their advisory skills.

The Learning Paths offer flexible learning that can be completed online and individually at your own pace. This approach allows participants to adapt the learning experience to their own schedule while benefiting from collaborative exchange if desired.

The programme includes 10 Learning Paths, each requiring approximately 12 hours of learning. Every Learning Path combines reading materials, videos and interactive activities to support engaging, practice-oriented learning.

Five pathways focus on technical knowledge, innovative farming practices and practical solutions to challenges. The technical topics include:

- Introduction to Organic Fruit Production

- Introduction to Organic Arable Farming

- Feeding of Organic Dairy Cows

- Introduction to Organic Viticulture

- Introduction to Outdoor Vegetable Production

In addition, five Learning Paths focus on advisory methods and professional development, helping advisors strengthen the soft skills needed to support farmers effectively. These topics include:

- Advisory–Farmer Relationships

- Innovation Support

- Knowledge Exchange

- Group Advisory

- Women in Agriculture7

Whether you are looking to expand your technical expertise or enhance your advisory competences, the new Learning Paths provide practical and flexible opportunities to support the further development of organic farming.
